STRANGE SITUATIONS

ok so.. I guess this is my **first** post :> hi!! I wanted to start somewhere sooo here it is: a short game that actually hit me really hard. last year I wanted to discover new things, so as always, I ended up on [OUJEVIPO](https://oujevipo.fr/) (btw you should check it out it’s full of niche games). there, I found Novita. it’s this short 8-bit poetic thing about perseverance. you play as a girl who decides, even if everyone else already tried and failed, to ask the ocean for a wish. and idk? maybe it was the music or the aestethic or both, but suddenly I was crying... it’s short, it’s weirdly emotional, it’s free… just go play it.

*haiiii!!* today i wanted to share another weird-ass game. this one is way more popular and i'll have more things to say. So Garage is this bizzare scrappy game about machines in a post apocalyptic dream world released in 1999. gameplay wise, it's a simple point n'click and mystery solving game. but the art is **really** appealing, like, it's soooo disturbing but i like it! you play as a machine in a dream world where each machine is controlled by a Shadow (a human reminiscence) and the protagonist want to find the one that control him. I don't want to say more 'cause you may want to experience the game more than reading about it :> *but be carefull, TW: sexual abuse, body horror, violence, suicide*
